Somerset County residents
The Somerset County Park Commission is offering free tree recycling. Mulch and woodchips collected from the recycled trees will be used throughout the park system to help nurture and protect plant life.
You may drop-off trees:
- from 8 am to 4 pm
- December 26, 2023 to January 31, 2024
- at North Branch Park, lighted baseball field (355 Milltown Road, Bridgewater)
- at Colonial Park Gardens, parking lot F (156 Mettlers Road, Franklin Township)
Somerville residents
You may also drop-off trees:
- from 8 am to 4 pm
- January 2 to January 12, 2024
- at Carol Pager Sports Complex – parking lot (100 Green Street)
- at Fire House Field – parking lot (170 East Main Street), near the pickle ball/tennis courts
