Municipal Parking Lots

There is NO TIME LIMIT in the parking lots. Pay stations accept coins and credit cards.

  • Lot 2: Davenport St (between W. High St & W. Main St)
  • Lot 4: W. Main St (between Union St & Division St)
  • Lot 6: W. Main St & Maple St.
• Enforcement Times: 9 am - 7 pm, Monday - Saturday
• Rates: $0.50/hr
• Electric Vehicle Parking Station (Lot #1)

Lot: 7

• Location: East High St (between N. Bridge St & Grove St)
• Enforcement Times: 9 am - 7 pm, Monday - Friday

• Location: 49 W. High Street
• Rates
  • Short-term Residential: $10/yr, per vehicle (max 3 hrs/day)
  • Merchant/Employee:  $50/month
  • Full Service - 24 hrs - 7 Days/Week
    • Quarterly $275
    • Semi-Annually $500
    • Annually $960

Main Street Parking Meters

• Enforcement Times:
  • 9 am - 7 pm, Monday - Saturday
  • On Fridays (Memorial Day - Labor Day), enforcement on East and West Main Street ends at 5 pm
• Rates: $1/hr, 3 hr limit
• Minimum credit card charges apply
  
• On-street parking meters accept coins, credit cards and debit cards for payment
