Thursday, July 31: We are expecting severe storms and flash flooding this afternoon and evening, and suggest moving cars from low-lying areas to higher ground.
Parking is free in all municipal lots (except Lot 8), starting at 1 pm today. Paid parking will be enforced again at 9 am on Friday.
