Family Yoga

Join us for an outdoor Family Yoga event presented by Happy Hearts Yoga LLC! We will breathe, move, laugh, play, dance, craft, create family memories and make new friendships in our community.

About

We will enjoy 1 hour of yoga, followed by a craft project and social time. Bring your own beach towels or yoga mats. This event is hosted by Jessica Violand (200 hr E-RYT and 30 hr children's yoga certified).
