Princeton Kanaw LLC is seeking Site Plan Approval and variance relief at 69 West End Avenue to convert the two (2) existing structures — a former single-family home repurposed for office use, and a detached garage — into eight (8) apartment units. The repurposed office space will house six (6) units, and the detached garage will house two (2) units. The applicant is also seeking relief and approval to redesign the parking lot to enhance parking layout and traffic; a curb-cut at the rear of the property is proposed to add a one-way exit for residents to leave via Cammann Place.
