1/16/2013 - Community Flu Clinic at Bridgewater Municipal Building- Thursday, January 17th and Thursday, January 24, 2013 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm

 

Influenza activity continues to escalate in the United States as the country continues to experience
high levels of influenza-like-illness (ILI). The Federal Centers for Disease Control (CDC)
continue to recommend influenza vaccination for people who have not yet been vaccinated
this season.

The Bridgewater Township Division of Health continues to offer all adults in the
community seasonal influenza vaccinations. The following seasonal influenza clinic dates have
been scheduled for individuals 18 years of age or older. These immunizations will be provided in
partnership with the Community Visiting Nurses Association.

THE FEES ARE:
$20.00 – Influenza Vaccination
No Direct Charge – Medicare Part B Participants

The CDC has assured there is an adequate supply of seasonal influenza vaccine for all
individuals this influenza season. Seasonal influenza vaccine may also be readily available at
your local pharmacy or private physician’s office. Influenza vaccination for the Township’s
program will be on a first come first serve basis based on the availability of vaccine.
