Download the ParkSmarter app to find parking lots, available street parking, and to pay at any meter or pay station. Request a receipt at www.MyParkingReceipts.com. The meters and pay stations will display when parking is free.
Free parking holidays
Parking will not be charged on any municipal street or municipal lot on these holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Parking meters on Main Street
- Rate: $1 per hr, 3-hr limit
- On-street parking meters accept coins, credit cards and debit cards for payment
- Minimum credit card charges apply
- Parking is free on Sunday
- Paid parking is enforced:
- Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 7 pm
- From Memorial Day to Labor Day, enforcement on East and West Main Street ends at 5 pm on Friday
Municipal parking lots
There is no time limit in the parking lots. Pay stations accept coins and credit cards.

- Lot 1: 100 West Main Street (rear)
- Lot 2: 166 West Main Street (rear)
- Lot 4: South Street (between Union St & Division St)
- Lot 6: 41 North Bridge Street (adjacent)
- Paid parking is enforced from 9 am to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday
- Rate: 50 cents per hour
- Free parking
- on Sunday
- every Saturday between Thanksgiving Day and New Year’s Day

- 21 East Cliff Street
- Parking is free on Saturday and Sunday
- Paid parking is enforced from 9 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday
- 50 cents per hour
- $30 per month (for government employees)

Lot: 8
- 49 W. High Street
- Residential (short-term) rate
- $10 per year, per vehicle
- 3 hours per day max
- Merchant or employee rate
- $50 per month
- Full service rates
- 24 hrs, 7 days per week
- $275 quarterly
- $500 semi-annual
- $960 annual
