Expect detours and no parking in sections of Main Street, while PSE&G crews work on the gas pipe replacement project. Pedestrian access to all businesses will be maintained.
Monday, February 24 to Friday, February 28
- The overnight crew will work on Main Street, from N. Bridge St to Maple St, until mid-week (date to be determined)
- When the overnight work is completed, they will switch to working during the day only in the parking areas. Main Street traffic lanes will not be affected during the day.
- A separate day crew will work in scattered locations, from 7 am to 3 pm, to tie-in piping to the gas system
