Borough Hall will be open on December 24, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. All offices will be closed on December 25 and 26 for the holiday. Trash pickup will be suspended on December 25. Happy holidays!

Who do I call when my garbage has not been picked up?

If your garbage was not picked up on it’s scheduled day, it might be because:

  • Container weighed over 35 lbs
  • More than 4 containers were placed at the curb
  • Leaves, branches, or yard waste were in the container
  • Recyclable materials were in the container
  • It’s a holiday
  • Poor weather conditions

To report that your garbage was not picked up, submit a Public Works help ticket or call the Public Works Director at (908) 704-7195.
