NJ American Water will continue working overnight on Mountain Avenue installing a water main, from West End Avenue to West High Street. Please expect minor traffic delays during working hours, from 8 pm to 5 am.
They will also start installing an underground pipe (jack and bore operations) across the NJ Transit Raritan Valley line (near South Davenport Street).
- Work will start on Monday, July 7 at approximately 7 am.
- This will be a 24/7 operation until completion on or about Friday, July 18.
- There should be minimal impact to traffic during this time.
All this work is part of the water main construction project.
