The Otteau Group will present a market analysis and economic overview at the Borough Council meeting at 7 pm, on Monday, October 6. Their previous presentation to the borough provided valuable insight into market trends, property values, and long-term planning strategies.
The borough’s board and committee members are encouraged to attend. The meeting is open to the public and will be held at the Somerville Civic Center, located at 24 Robeson St, Somerville, NJ 08876.
