NJ American Water construction
Expect traffic delays during working hours (8 am to 4 pm), as NJ American Water continues working on the water main construction project.
- Veterans Memorial Drive: installing a water main between South Doughty Avenue and South Street
- Somerset Street: service installation work between Rt. 206 and West End Avenue.
PSE&G construction
These roads will be closed, as PSE&G continues working on the gas construction project.
- Williams Street at Grove Street
- Bartine Street at Culver Street
- N Gaston Avenue at Union Avenue
- Codington Place at Union Avenue
Rehill Avenue
Nighttime milling and paving, between Union Avenue and E. Main Street, was postponed until May 1 and May 2, from 8 pm to 6 am. Learn more about the Rehill Avenue project.
Main Street
- Thursday, April 24: PSE&G completed sidewalk restoration work on Main Street, between North Bridge Street and Maple Avenue
- Wednesday, April 30: Milling completed on Main Street, from South Dougherty and South Bridge streets (8 pm to 5 am)
- Thursday, May 1: PSE&G is planning to work overnight to pave Main Street, from South Dougherty to South Bridge streets. Tentative work hours are from 8 pm to 5 am.
