Apply for a bingo license

If you want to host a bingo game, you need a bingo license.

Steps

  1. Download and complete this application.
  2. Submit 4 copies to the Clerk's office.
  3. We will review and contact you if we have questions.
  4. If approved, we will issue you a bingo license.
