We inspect your construction project as work progresses to make sure everything is safe and meets codes and regulations.
If you don’t get inspections, you may be in violation of the municipal ordinances and you may need to stop your project.
Rental properties
If you have a single or 2-family rental property, you need to register it with the Community Development department. A lead paint inspection is required for rental properties of any size.
